• Account information — name, work email, company name, and login credentials.
• Campaign information — your Ideal Customer Profile (industry, company size, role, region, and notes), genuine-user targets, and the free-tier offer you provide.
• Billing information — payment details processed through our payment provider to charge platform fees per genuine user.
• Usage information — log data, device and browser details, and interactions with the platform.

How we use information

• To match your campaigns with users who fit your Ideal Customer Profile.
• To process platform fees per genuine user.
• To broker the feedback loop between you and matched users.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform and to communicate with you.

How we share information

We share information with service providers (such as payment and hosting providers) that help us operate the platform, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated campaign performance may be shared in de-identified form.

Data retention

We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law or for the resolution of disputes. Aggregated, de-identified campaign analytics may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to update or correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
